You could have said that when he was the nominee running against Bush, too, but let it pass, let it pass.
She never ran against Bush. I did not support her when she was running for the nomination in 2008 for the excellent reason that she voted for the Iraq War. Obama opposed that war, and since there was very little else that distinguished the two of them, I think I made the right call. HRC's performance as Secretary of State was laudable, and has redeemed her in my mind. You can't make someone pay for the same mistake indefinitely, even as grievous a mistake as Iraq.
