Time for a moratorium on the following:
-- "On steroids";
-- descriptions of rich foods that reference defibrillators, cardiac health or death;
-- Hand-wringing about Ebola. Hand washing is acceptable;
-- "Many moons ago". Find a phrase that's fresher, please.
